Welcome to the Hex's Hue website! Here, you will be able to learn all about our little production. Please use the respective buttons to navigate the website. This site will include things like: credits (of both cast and crew), character profiles, lore about the world Hex's Hue takes place, sketches, and how to contact and support us!Of course, we don't expect everyone to read every piece of lore that's here--but think of this website like a Dungeons & Dragons primer that a Dungeon Master sends to you before a campaign. Hex's Hue is going to be our little campaign. Dungeons & Dragons is a big part of my life and is one of the major reasons why I'm still here, and how I met my wife and a lot of my friends. Hex's Hue is going to be our love letter to Dungeons & Dragons (D&D).If you want to hear (read?) a few anecdotes, you can read this little foreword I have written for those who view this site (thank you!).It's a little funny--Hex's Hue started out primarily as an idea for Raven and I to enter a WEBTOON contest. She wanted to draw more action poses so she could practice and develop her style more. She created an OC (original character) named Ainslie, who is a witch that uses brute strength more than her own magic. Meanwhile, I had a lot of witch-y type OCs, but we felt like one of my wizards (who isn't really a wizard, either) would have a very funny dynamic with Ainslie. This wizard ended up being Hayi, along with their companion, Aehsyrra, from a campaign I played both in.I love to write, and I'm also an artist and a voice actor, so eventually the passion bloomed into creating our own little series with voice acting. Our presentation of the series would be like one of those manga fandubs you'd see back in 2014; if you want a good example, The Demon Hungers by Vox Akuma is an excellent feature that has a similar format to what our vision is.We gathered together our friends, and started creating Hex's Hue! Along with that, we were able to find people on the internet who were willing to help us produce Hex's Hue; like a musician, more artists for the team, editors and quality checkers. My heart is so full and I am so honored that we have gathered a small community of people working together on this passion project, which will hopefully become it's own full-fledged series! :)A lot of love has been poured into Hex's Hue, and we hope that you will get to love these characters as much as we do.We're going to eventually release a Kickstarter for Hex's Hue, but right now, we're currently working on our pilot. Please sit tight for any announcements regarding that!Anyway, we hope you enjoy reading what's here! Hopefully, this site can also give you provide information as to why you should, well, care about Hex's Hue.Also, because Carrd is a little silly and Miko has a skill issue making carrds, this site is best viewed on desktop, or on the "View as Desktop Site" setting mobile browsers have.Thank you for visiting our site! If you run into any issues, please use our contact box to inform us about them, and we'll try to fix them shortly.
Warm Regards,
Miko

About
A mage who can't control their magic accidentally casts a spell that makes them "discolor" everything in their path. They try to find a friend they made in wizard school to help them—only to find out she dropped out too.Hex's Hue is set in the fantasy world of Seisyn, a place with two twin planets. The story follows two "mages": a mage who has difficulty controlling their magic, named Hayi Starstorm--and a mage who prefers to use brute force over magic, named Ainslie Keyes. When Hayi casts a spell intended to help them water their plants goes wrong, they accidentally drain all the color in their body… to the point that everything they interact with also turns gray. They reunite with an old friend from wizard school, Ainslie, who is wanted and on the run. She intends to find a way to clear her name, but it's hard to exonerate yourself when bounty hunters keep being on your trail.…And when you keep beating said bounty hunters up.This tale is what happens when a wizard who depends too much on their magic and a wizard who depends too much on her brute strength work together to find a cure for an inconvenient affliction. But unbeknownst to them… “unknown” forces are making it all the more inconvenient.
Currently, we're in production of our pilot/episode 1. The pilot is meant to introduce Hayi and Ainslie, as well as their dynamic. They reunite in this episode because of a spell Hayi used to help them find Ainslie... but coincidentally, Ainslie was already lost in the same forest they live in. Was it coincidence, or was it fate? Or perhaps, was it a controlled outcome by "unknown" forces?

Name: Hayi Starstorm
Species: Synko-Dragonmarked Raccoonfolk
Birthplace: Starstorm Estate, Strega, SynkophimHayi was born into a family with a long line of wizards, as the 7th child of a 7th son and a 7th daughter. Without their knowledge, they were chosen by Synko, the Dragon-Deity of life, bountiful harvest and creation. In some areas of Seisyn, she is also considered the goddess of magic. She chose Hayi to be a vessel of raw sync energy–the force that serves as a resource for mages in the world of Seisyn. They were always confused as to why they can’t control their magic. To some, they were called a wild magic sorcerer. To their family, they were called a failure and a disappointment. The 7th child of two 7th children, in Seisyn’s magic world, is supposed to be a powerful mage.As per tradition in the Starstorm family, they enroll into the Strega School of Sorcery. Due to their wild magic, they end up failing most of their practical exams and was bullied relentlessly in school. Despite that, they meet a friend named Ainslie, who would protect them from the bullies. Still, they viewed their wild magic as a curse, and tried to find ways to get rid of it. Hayi takes up an interest in chronurgy magic, with the belief they could turn back time on the amount of magic they received at birth.Eventually, Hayi gets kicked out of wizard school because of their failing grades. Because they are the first Starstorm in their family to be kicked out of school, they were viewed as a shame to their family and got disowned. Because of embarrassment and fear of discovery from their family, Hayi decides to travel far, far away from Strega… and finds respite, companionship and a home in an abandoned wizard tower.

Name: Ainslie Keyes
Species: Seira-Dragonmarked Mothfolk
Birthplace: A small village located in the outskirts of Duskborough, SeirathosAinslie was born into a poor family that abandoned her due to lack of finances to support her. Due to a lack of magic, she was deemed as an outcast by her peers. She learned combat techniques at a very early age in order to get by in a high magic society. Unbeknownst to Ainslie, the reason behind her lack of magic lies in that she’d been chosen by the Dragon-Deity of war, bravery and perseverance, Seira, at birth. She needed a vessel to inherit some of her celestial authority, should she one day be slain by mortals. The little magic that Ainslie did have helped her evade terrible treatment, becoming an assistive tool to her growing physical capacity. This drew the attention of Duskborough's Magic School (DMS), who took her under their wing and soon became her new family.Over time, DMS felt as if their resources weren't enough to continue supporting her, which led to them partnering with the Strega School of Sorcery (SSS), in hopes that they would be able to help nurture Ainslie. During her time there, she meets her first friend, Hayi! But because of Hayi’s early expulsion it doesn’t lead to much. Ainslie would also later get expelled; officially, the reason for this is recorded as assault. However, Ainslie’s account tells her side of the story: her professor berated her and her family back in Duskborough, slandering and mocking them. Unable to contain her rage, Ainslie punches him in retaliation, causing the bleeding professor to complain to the principal. After expulsion, she began wandering Seisyn on her own–using her strength to protect herself from those who crossed her. This included, but was not limited to: merchants who tried to swindle her, barbarians that tried to kidnap her, and nobles who would talk down to her. Word reached the SSS that a former, disgraced and dismissed student displayed this behavior, and they placed a bounty on her head to protect their own reputation from being tarnished. This tactic might have worked if Ainslie’s skills did not win her victory after victory against the bounty hunters. Now, the bounty keeps growing as the list of her crimes grows ever larger.

Birthplace: Celestial Plane, SeisynAmong Synko's most loyal seraphim–which are angels that advise and protect their god–was a powerful mage named Aehsyrra. He had a strong wish to serve his master in the highest form possible–which pushed him to aim towards a promotion to Synko’s second-in-command.On the day of Seira’s corruption, Sync Energy began exploding within her Domain in the Celestial Plane. This leaked into Synko’s Domain, leading to its complete destruction. When it came time to rebuild, Aehsyrra was the first one to leap to help, and made the greatest contributions. And yet, despite Aehsyrra's efforts, the damage was so great that Synko had to ask for help from other gods… which was not an easy task. Seisyn was isolated from the rest of the star system, after all.An agreement was made that a failsafe should be made if similar destruction would be a threat in the future. So with Chronoa's assistance, Synko searched for a suitable vessel in the future that could hold extreme amounts of raw sync energy in them and finds, to her luck, that a seventh child of two seventh children was due to be born soon. A natural font of power. She wasted no time in choosing that child to be the vessel of raw magic, in order to have a supply to draw from should she need to restore the balance of sync energy again. But naturally, that child was a mortal, and Synko needed to ensure that the vessel lived as long as possible. To that end, she assigns Aehsyrra to be their guardian angel (familiar).Upon descending to the mortal realm, and becoming Hayi's familiar, he is reborn as an angelic raccoon. He doesn't remember most of his memories as Synko's seraphim, but he does inherit his past self's desire for promotion. Which… transforms into a wish to conquer the world. Aehsyrra does remember that he cannot allow Hayi to know about their status as Synko's Chosen, and that he must ensure Hayi is always safe.

Species: Night-Dragonmarked Human
Birthplace: Nighthaven, SynkophimKelpie was only a child when her parents were killed by assassins. She was the oldest kid in the orphanage, which forced her to become the "older sister" to the other orphans. She would make sure the children weren't misbehaving, she often rationed the food out so everyone had an even share and she mediated fights. Because of this, she learned control at a very young age, but not because she wanted it. She needed it for survival.A city guard would often visit the orphanage and seemed genuinely kind. He started bringing small donations to the orphanage. Food, clothing, toys, sometimes even gold. Kelpie couldn't help but trust him, especially seeing how well he got along with the other kids. She let him know how many children lived in the orphanage, what their names were, how old they are. What she didn't know was that he would report the orphanage to one of Nighthaven's Council Members for "harboring unlicensed indigents on municipal property". This technicality existed as a law deliberately to be weaponized against the weak. Kelpie never saw this city guard again. The orphanage was raided and all the children were taken away and forced into servitude. She served a noble in Nighthaven together with Kaius and Neiryl.Their first organized operation as a team was to assassinate the noble they served, and run away. They succeeded in doing so, but it was their messiest operation even down to this day. The four of them migrated to Strega, where they registered as adventurers in the Strega Adventurers' Guild.

He was good at it because in Nighthaven, if you weren't, you're useless. He was satisfied with his job as his targets seemed to only be corrupt nobles. The Guild would become more ambitious, taking in jobs that targeted even the most innocent of bystanders. Orryn disagreed with these jobs and began refusing them. His last straw was when the Guild requested that he assassinate a child. He left the Guild and burned all his bridges on the way out (literally, he torched one of the Guild's Outposts).A bounty was placed on his head, and he was hiding in an abandoned house that was located next to a noble's manor. That noble just so happened to be the noble that Kelpie, Kaius and Neiryl worked for.The four would become friends quickly. Kelpie took him in and allowed him to stay at the servants' shed that she and the other two stayed at. With his knowledge at the Thieves' Guild, Orryn suggested an idea on how the four could get out of servitude. Together, they organized a plan for the four to kill the noble and escape his clutches. They succeed and end up registering as adventurers in the Strega Adventurers' Guild.

Scroll #1: Seisyn: The Basic History
Within the known universe, there exists a Star-Map named Chryseis–a name given due to its isolation. In fact, the Star-Map is so empty that the only thing it contained were other stars. Two large stars revolved around each other with no planets to join their dance. And so it remained, until a wish for life’s survival from the future reached those suns through the streams of time. It is then that two Twin Goddesses were born from the two suns–Seira and Synko. Together, they combined their efforts to create a lone planet, and named it Seisyn. With a planet finally in their Star-Map, the twin goddesses first created living beings to live on it, drawing power and energy from the stars. They then established the Sync System in order to provide a well of energy akin to magic. Once the creations had settled in, the twin goddesses began providing resources for harvesting, for survival through food and drink and also for shelter and crafting. The creations lived comfortably under the gaze and assistance of the goddesses. It’s been recorded in history that Synko was the more generous of the two, whereas Seira harbored a more ‘tough love’ approach.Humanity, unfortunately, is a predictable thing, and their creations began getting greedy and fought over resources. Overwhelmed, Synko and Seira used their divinity to create five Dragon-Deities each to support them. The purpose of these deities was to help them watch over the mortals with specific Kingdoms assigned to each of them. Some of these Dragon-Deities would go on to create lesser Dragon-Deities to assist them like their progenitors, and with all the extra help, Seira and Synko saw peace and order restored.Thankful for their hard work, Seira sought to reward their helpers with a gift. And so the twin goddesses shared a bit of their divinity with the deities. Flowing within their veins, and the deities’, are what is now known as "Dragonmarks".Over time, some of the Dragon-Deities began to frolic with the mortals. The Dragonmarks were passed down to humanity through their young in this way. However, some instances of the Dragon-Deities giving Dragonmarks directly to mortals in exchange for a service, not unlike a contract, had also been recorded in history as well. This displeased Synko and Seira, for they knew what was certainly about to follow.Mortals with Dragonmarks would be envied by the markless, and skilled ones would go on to hunt the Dragonmarked down. Dragonmarked mortals would retaliate in self-defense, or begin hunting markless mortals. It became a war sparked by paranoia and jealousy. Some Dragon-Deities were even attacked because there was a not-so-far-off belief among a few mortals that they were the cause of this.
These fallen Deities’ bones were used to forge weapons known as Virtu Artifacts. With all of this fighting, the twin goddesses were at a loss for what to do. The wars and bloodshed was not their intention. And so, to try and right the current wrong, they made the decision to walk amongst the mortals on Seisyn in order to stop the war. There were many different factions in this war. One of said factions wanted to create the ultimate Dragonmark. Another faction wanted to corrupt the twin goddesses and extract their Dragonmarks. The latter faction had one of the largest followings, even if the process of corruption was not completely developed. Despite this, the hubris of the mortals lead them to lure the twin goddesses into a trap. They used Synko’s desire to help and Seira’s growing hatred of their creations against them.Seira feared for what would happen to Seisyn if the two of them would get corrupted. She used her strength to break Synko free from her chains and send her back into the Celestial Plane. Synko was terrified for her sister.Creating an angelic army from stars, she went back into the Mortal Plane to find Seira and free her. In her absence, she discovered that Seira was successfully corrupted by the mortals. In her Draconic form, Seira was used as a weapon against Synko’s army. The war went on, as Synko’s army struggled against Seira, who had been the better fighter even before her corruption. Realizing that compromise and ceasefire might be their only option, she requested a diplomatic proceeding instead, successfully establishing a ceasefire between all parties involved. One of the conditions of the ceasefire was for Synko to take everything she’d originally been responsible for and create her own planet. Out of this, the twin planets of Seisyn were born. The original planet was named Seirathos, after Seira, and the new one was named Synkophim, after Synko. After the war, Synko made a way for the fallen Dragon-Deities to reincarnate. It is currently unknown which ones decided to remain in the Celestial Plane, and which ones decided to continue walking amongst the mortals in the Mortal Plane.Synko’s current whereabouts are unknown, but there are rumors of sightings of her all around Synkophim. The corrupted Seira, on the other hand, has been established as an empress, whose main temple is located in the Kingdom of Fervenius.
Scroll #2: Sync Energy: The Foundation of Magic
Magic in Seisyn comes in all kinds of forms. The gift of magic was given by the two twin goddesses of creation, Synko and Seira, but the one who continued its upkeep was Synko. This is the reason why most believe she is the goddess of magic. There are versions of mortal lives in the star-map called astral projections. The star-map is where Synko and Seira were born–hence, the more in “sync” a creature is with their astral projections, the stronger their power is.
The sync energy that lies within the star-map is the foundation of one’s magic, as it is the basis of one’s entire being. Where one’s sync energy is established, that is where a creature is sure to thrive the most. For most mortals, this means that being born in the Mortal Plane is equivalent to having their sync energy synced to the Mortal Plane. There are ways to change which Plane a creature is synced to but such a phenomenon is not documented even within Synko’s libraries.
Scroll #3: Dragonmarks and Virtu Artifacts
Dragonmarks: Dragonmarks are like runic birthmarks. They are magical in nature, full of sync energy, and can provide the Dragonmarked an edge that those without do not have. They manifest whenever a magic weapon is used, or a spell is cast; however, the Dragonmarked user can choose whether to visually display or hide their Dragonmark. Typically, Dragonmarks are the result of being gifted power and blood by the dragon-deities; though, some have received their Dragonmark through inheritance or through experimentation. Because of this, most Dragonmarked mortals are revered as nobles or people of high stature that command respect.Usually, Dragonmarked races have an edge when wielding special weapons called the Virtu Artifacts. However, for the sake of peace, the Kingdoms swore an oath to protect the Virtu Artifacts, so that they cannot be used for harm.
Virtu Artifacts: A Virtu Artifact is a weapon made from the bones of the Dragon-Deities. Only a Dragonmarked creature can wield a Virtu Artifact, and it must be the Virtu Artifact that comes from the same dragon as the Dragonmarked creature’s mark. Otherwise, the weapons will drive them mad, to the point that they transform a wielder who has attuned to the weapon into a legendary beast. This beast goes berserk until it eventually dies. It's dangerous and why most Virtu Artifacts are sealed away by the top schools.
Scroll #4: The Dwelling of the Abyss: The Dreams Plane
The Dreams Plane, also known as The Abyss, is where demons live. It is said that the Dreams Plane is where mortals from doomed timelines are banished. The Dreams Plane is like a huge blob with three different layers. The outer layer is the protective part of the Dreams Plane, where most creatures dwell when they dream. Each creature is typically kept in a Dream Bubble, where they are safe from the elements of The Abyss. A Dream Bubble also has its own anatomy; inside them, is a Cluster Core. These Cluster Cores can be destroyed to wake someone up and force them back into the Plane from where they came from. However, depending on the way they are destroyed, they can get sent deeper into the layers of the Dreams Plane. Demons have mastered the art of destroying Cluster Cores. This is how nightmares are manifested. Cluster Cores getting destroyed for the purpose of manifesting nightmares transform a Dream Bubble into a Nightmare Instance.
The next layer is where the mortal is pulled into once they enter a Nightmare Instance. It is possible to still wake up in this layer, but it’s far more difficult as Demons begin to feed on a creature’s negative energy. This is why when a creature wakes up from a nightmare, they immediately feel exhausted. If one were to venture into this layer consciously, they will be met with demons, monsters and night creatures. The last and innermost layer of the Dreams Plane is one where most creatures don’t have the opportunity to experience unless you’re a demon. Time and gravity flow differently in this layer, and is more akin to an abyss. This layer is unique because the echoes of different memories sometimes appear here. Demons have learned to take advantage of these echoes and use them as a conduit to planeshift into different planes. They mostly use this power to get into the Mirror Dimension, because they want to take over the Hells.
Scroll #5: Persistent Hellfire: The Mirror Dimension
The Hells is like a reflection of the Mortal Plane and the Celestial Plane. Creatures whose sync energy are synced to those two planes get mirrored into the Hells as incorporeal matter known as ‘Hellfire’, which typically cannot be used unless special circumstances are met. Hellfire is akin to a kind of currency system that exists in The Hells, for the more Hellfire a Devil has, the more powerful they are.In the Hells, there is a strict hierarchy. Sitting at the top are the Archdevils of the Round Table, who all serve the Devil King. It’s an arduous fight to challenge the status of a Devil and overthrow them for the purpose of claiming their rank for your own–but it is an often happenstance in the Mirror Dimension.
Once a devil and a creature outside The Hells form a contract, the Hellfire attributed to the creature is surrendered to the devil’s possession. It’s possible for devils to form contracts with other devils–and depending on the circumstances of the contract, Devils may surrender Hellfire to other Devils–but this is not often done, because it’s like giving up your wealth. When an outsider travels the Mirror Dimension for the first time, it is quite easy to get lost because this Plane has a different structure compared to other Planes. Most outsiders cannot exist in The Hells for long periods of time without special modifications or accommodations.
Scroll #6: Watching Over the Weave of Time: Besuxia, The Temporal Plane
At the beginning of time, lived two stars that traveled the cosmos. These two stars manifested the concept of time and space, and became the goddesses of these respective aspects. Their names are Chronoa and Graviteia, bonded sisters who would go onto supplement the very fabric of reality. When the stars were being mapped, Chronoa began seeing endless possibilities within the timelines. She saw two twin Dragons creating their own star-map, devils infiltrating mortal noble families, elementals working together despite their differences in order to manifest their own homes… But there were as many possibilities as there were endless doomed ones. The more she saw into the timelines, the more she would see that they would branch uncontrollably. Something had to be done.
With Graviteia’s assistance, the two constructed the Temporal Plane. The Temporal Plane exists in a pocket outside of reality, unaffected by the flow of time and space. The purpose of this Plane was to enforce and oversee the timelines from an outsider’s point of view. Sometime later, Chronoa and Graviteia created Besuxia–an organization tasked with maintaining order within the timelines. This organization dwelled in the Temporal Plane and its purpose was to assist the two goddesses in protecting the timelines. Later, Graviteia would leave the organization and Besuxia would be known as Chronoa’s Domain.
Scroll #7: Sanctuary of the Celestials: Skyworld, The Celestial Plane
The Celestial Plane is a plane that all gods share. Much like Besuxia, Skyworld exists in a pocket outside of reality to ensure every gods’ safety. It was Chronoa and Graviteia that created such a place to exist after the events of the first Celestial War. Each god has their own private and enclosed areas in Skyworld, called their “Domain”. A god cannot enter another god’s Domain without their express permission. Each god has their own angels to help them with the upkeep of their Domain, and to also assist with the day-to-day task of a Celestial.
It is not only the Dragon-Deities of Seisyn that exist within the Celestial Plane. Gods of other star-maps share the Celestial Plane. There is a common area in Skyworld where new Celestials build their Domains called the Eternal Square. Most gods mingle in the Eternal Square, but there are also a few gods who avoid it.
Scroll #8: Dragon-Deities
Synko, Goddess of Life:
"She who is the pragmatic practitioner of arcane arts. Praise Synko, the goddess of harvest, for her continued generosity."
Synko is most commonly known as the goddess of life, fertility, and nature. In some beliefs, she is also known as the goddess of magic. She is a very kind and generous goddess, who provides for her people in Synkophim frequently. It is rumored that every temple of Synko that has been built were places that Synko, herself, has walked upon. She believes in peace, and the idea of being able to negotiate peace. Within the Church of Synko, the belief is that your death is a torch that’s passed onto others. It can be something that may uplift another’s life, or give life to another, so on, and so forth. Upon death, you are lifted into the stars amongst Synko and the rest who have joined her before you. The stars above are angels that watch over Synko’s children, carrying their voices to Synko so that they could be heard. After she heard of Seira’s corruption by the mortals, she created multiple aspects of herself–with the intention to make herself difficult to find as a method of self-preservation.Seira, Goddess of Peace:
"She who is the mightiest warrior of them all. Praise Seira, the goddess of peace, for her continued protection. "
Seira is most commonly known as the goddess of peace, war and strife. She is a warrior goddess that protects her children from harm. Seira believes that Synko’s beliefs regarding peace are rather naive–rather, peace is something that is fought for, and something that is obtained through negotiation, strength and power. She doesn’t actively seek fights, but if one is sought, she will hunt you down and fight alongside her children. It is said that if you pray to Seira, she will grant you strength in your endeavors. Within the Church of Seira, the belief is that once you die, you will become an angel that will serve Seira in her army. It doesn’t matter the deeds you have done in your life; as long as you believe in Seira, she believes you’ll have a place beside her–whether as a warrior angel, or a helper. However, it seems that after the mortals have corrupted her, more often than not, she treats her army like pawns that give her power–instead of people in need of power to survive.
Fervenius, God of Wind:
"He who is the craftiest smithy of them all. Praise Fervenius, the god of winds, for his continued assistance."
Fervenius is one of Seira’s children. He is the god of wind and weaponry. He calls on the harsh tempestuous winds to protect his creations due to how protective he is of the weapons he forges. It took centuries for Seira to finally convince him to share his weapons to the other Dragon-Deities and the mortals they preside over. Recently, the corrupted Seira has also convinced the smithy to use his tempestuous powers to form a wind barrier around Seirathos, and an even more powerful wind barrier around the Kingdom of Fervenius, making it difficult for the undetermined to travel.Chronoa, Goddess of Time:
"O' merciless and just judge of the timelines, heed our word. May our futures be free of darkness."
Chronoa is a goddess that exists within Seisyn’s star system. It is said that she was born before even Synko and Seira were born. She is the goddess of time, and the monarch who presides over Besuxia, an organization that lives outside the boundaries of time and space in order to protect the timelines.Graviteia, Goddess of Space:
"O' divine authority, heed our word. Protect our goddess from the harm of the abyss."
Like Chronoa, Graviteia is a goddess that exists within Seisyn’s star system. She is Chronoa’s sister. It is said that together with Chronoa, they created the pocket where Besuxia now lives. They once governed Besuxia together–but after witnessing how powerful her authority could be, and how threatening it is to Chronoa, she ran away for her sake and hid in a lair deep within the realms of Seirathos. Her current whereabouts are unknown, but there are rumors that she is now dead…

Forest of Stars, Synkophim: Many people say that if there is a place to avoid, it would be the Forest of Stars—for those who enter this forest always get lost. It truly is one of the strangest forests known to Synkophimians.Top adventurers from the Strega Adventurers' Guild have come here in an attempt to map the forest out, but all have always gotten lost. It was then known that the reasoning behind this is because the layout of this forest changes every time you enter it. The only way out is to somehow find your way into the heart of the forest, where you somehow get put into a trance…and once you wake up, you're miraculously out of this forest…Magic operates differently in the Forest of Stars. The gravitational pull is quite strong within this forest, and a special kind of sync energy is required to fly, or even levitate. For example, birds have a different type of sync energy compared to that of an elf; thus, a bird would be able to fly--but a powerful elf mage might not be able to use their spells to allow them to fly.Locals to the Forest of Stars know that black spirits surround you when you are on the wrong path of the forest, while blue spirits surround you when you're on the right path. There are those that say that there is a mage trying to make the Forest of Stars more accessible…
Strega School of Sorcery, Synkophim (SSS): The Strega School of Sorcery sits atop a floating island that floats all around Synkophim. Its starting position, of course, hovers over Strega. Many chronurgists and graviturgists make it so that the SSS can even hover like this in the first place. It is said that within the SSS, lies two Virtu Artifacts: Chronoa’s and Graviteia’s Virtu Artifacts. This cannot be confirmed, however, as it is only a myth. It is said that within the student body, only the prefects of each dorm have access to it. Otherwise, they say that the two Virtu Artifacts are guarded closely by the staff at the SSS.The SSS is considered the most prestigious magic school in all of Seisyn. It has multiple sponsors from across different lands–and is the school that has birthed the most archmages we see today.Every student at the SSS is sorted into one of four different dorms. They're all sorted from the school's resident jester's hat, and from the hat, a student pulls out a mini-version of the animal of which their dorm represents. This mini-version of the animal will serve as your school guide, as well as a way to send messages to other students and faculty members. Each dorm has a prefect, as well as a top student per year. The top student can also be the prefect, but it doesn't necessarily have to be. Top students are measured at the end of every quarter. A dorm's prefect acts as the dorm's representative, or head, so to speak.

The Kingdom of Strega, Synkophim: Strega is known as the city that’s booming. Everyone who wants a more unique and modern lifestyle travels to Strega in order to experience it. Not only do adventurers and prospective mages from around the world come here, but people who simply want a fresh-new start do. It is the biggest and most prosperous Kingdom in Synkophim. The Kingdom of Strega boasts that it hosts the most prestigious wizard school of Seisyn, the Strega School of Sorcery–and the biggest adventurers’ guild of Seisyn, The Strega Adventurers’ Guild. Many citizens of the Kingdom of Strega become adventurers in order to support their families as the Kingdom grows more and more.
The Kingdom of Duskborough, Seirathos: The Kingdom of Duskborough is a small kingdom located within Seirathos. Unlike Fervenius and Orion, it is not a major kingdom. Its land was once used as a warzone for one of Seira’s Wars. Many of its citizens learned to use magic to raise Duskborough from the darkness and the ashes of the war. It is in a slow but steady state of recovery. Still, Duskborough often faces outside threats, be it from neighboring Kingdoms, or from local monsters. The Kingdom thrives off its magic and intelligence system; multiple smaller villages were established on the outskirts of Duskborough in order to serve as smaller scouting forts for the Kingdom. Many children of Duskborough study at its local school in order to learn how to protect their Kingdom.
The Kingdom of Fervenius, Seirathos: Much like how Strega is known as the biggest Kingdom located in Synkophim, the Kingdom of Fervenius is the biggest Kingdom located in Seirathos. There is a military fort located in the center of Fervenius, which also serves as its castle. Strong, harsh winds and currents protect Fervenius from outsiders. Inside the Kingdom’s walls, it is extremely hot inside. Some locals have gotten used to it, while others have innovated ways to cool people down. Because of the influence of the Dragon-Deity that the Kingdom is named after, the Kingdom of Fervenius is also known as the hub of smithing. Many say that because of how guarded this Kingdom is, Seira may be trapped within its walls.
The Kingdom of Orion, Seirathos:The Kingdom of Orion is known for its entertainment and fashion industry. The most popular and prestigious bard college, Swan’s Song University, is located here. Many aspiring bards dream of performing to rich nobles in the Kingdom of Orion. This Kingdom serves as a place for many to come for vacation, or as a simple tourist destination. It is said that if you own property in the Kingdom of Orion, you are among the wealthiest in all of Seisyn.
